How do I redeem my Experience Days gift certificate?
Vouchers are redeemed by first logging in to your customer account (or creating one if you don't have one), then typing in the redemption reference and clicking Book This Experience. Once you've chosen your location, read through the experience restrictions, and agreed to the terms and conditions, you can click Redeem. This generates a booking reference code, and emails you the contact details of your chosen venue so you can book directly.
