To truly immerse yourself in the landscape, try a Morgan Bay Horse Riding Experience and explore the Yellowwood Trail with a local guide!

Located close to the Cape Morgan Lighthouse, the stables are run by friendly guides who will help you get acquainted with the horses, before saddling up and checking the stirrups. Once out on the trails, you have ample time to ride through the village, alongside fields and over hills, across the cliff tops and down onto the beach. This horse riding experience is aimed at beginners, so expect a gentle pace with plenty of opportunity to take pictures and enjoy the countryside - a photo on horseback at the South African coast is sure to be a treasured memory!

This experience runs Monday - Saturday, throughout the year, subject to availability and demand. 

Requirements

Riders must be comfortable sitting on a horse to take part in this experience. 

Weight limit 95 Kg.

Advanced riders over this weight are accepted on application.
