Tours depart from Cape Town’s world-renowned Victoria & Albert Waterfront. On arrival, you’ll be greeted by your skipper and welcomed onboard the 58-foot gaff rigged schooner ‘Spirit of Victoria’. Once everyone’s comfortable, you’ll then embark on a one-hour sail to Table Bay. From the deck and seating area, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Mother City, Table Mountain and Milnerton Lighthouse. On a fine summer’s day, there’s nowhere better to be! My Noah son has been wanting to sail on a schooner for the longest time. An opportunity came up through experiencedays.co.za and we got to sail on the spirit of Victoria. The weather was perfect to hoist the sails. What an adventure. Huge shout out to Captain Lucky and crew.
