Meeting at Vrede en Lust Wine Estate, the friendly guides will greet you and provide everyone with safety helmets, before introducing you to the horse that will be your companion for the next couple of hours. Groups are kept small to allow for an intimate experience, meaning there are opportunities aplenty to ask questions, snap photos, and take the trail at a leisurely pace. Along the way you'll have unparalleled views of the foothills of the Simonsberg and miles upon miles of vineyards, which your guide will happily discuss with you as you journey back to the farm, in time for a cooked meal. This experience is suitable for beginners as well as more advanced riders, as the trail has different sections for different abilities.
**Please note, if you are on any medication or have any allergies to
make us aware upon booking. People with Epilepsy are unfortunately only
allowed on Carriage trails.**
