The day starts at 8:30am where a group briefing session will be held. After this, participants will be split into groups for their experience. The day should come to a close by 12:30pm.

Are spectators allowed to watch the supercar events at Zwartkops Raceway? Are there onsite facilities for spectators?

Spectator access is free for supercar events and heartily encouraged!

The following facilities are available at Zwartkops for both spectators and participants:

Free parking Toilet facilities on-site restaurant (Pitstop Bistro - sells breakfast and lunch menu items as well as snacks, hot and cold drinks etc)

Grandstand / viewing facilities

Access to pitlane

Card payment facilities

There are also braai facilities around the track if you wish to braai or picnic. You are advised to supply your own own grid and firewood.

I am nervous to be a passenger at high speed during this Ariel Atom Passenger Ride. What is the experience of the drivers? And what max speed do they usually reach? If we feel inclined, can we ask for the max speed to be capped at a certain level?

All the drivers are absolute professionals with incredible reaction times.

With the Atom Hotlaps Passenger Ride, the drivers do need to maintain a solid speed, especially around corners as these are race cars and it's actually safer to do so otherwise they can spin out. Having said that, the Atoms reach a maximum speed of 160km/hr on the straight.

They're not actually fast cars, they just feel fast because they're built so low to the ground and they make such a lot of noise with the superchargers plus their acceleration ability makes them feel faster than they actually are.
