At a height of around 9,500ft, you and your instructor will exit the plane and begin freefalling. The centre is open 7 days a week. Advance booking essential.


The minimum age to skydive in South Africa is 16. Under 18s must obtain parental consent.

Tandem skydives have a standard weight limit of 100kg.

You should allow a full day to complete a tandem skydive.

The plane ride takes around 20 minutes, then there's 45 seconds of freefall and approximately 5 minutes of parachuting.

What to wear

All equipment and training will be provided by the airfield.

Jumpers should wear weather appropriate clothing and closed, flat-soled shoes.

Glasses are fine as all skydivers will be required to wear goggles.


Tandem skydiving is a highly weather dependent activity, so please ensure you're contactable on the day of your jump.

If a cancellation occurs, the experience will be rescheduled for another date.
